Claire and her team at House Clearance Bath are highly recommended. Our mother's 4 story Georgian house, with narrow stairs and access by a small mews lane, had 50 years worth of loved furniture, pictures, books, and day-to-day 'stuff ' of a busy and energetic family life. Clearing it for sale had become a logistical nightmare as well as being emotionally overwhelming. Claire and her team were fantastic, and so professional - they cleared the house, garage and gardens within two days, and left them all spotlessly clean, providing detailed photos that demonstrated their efficiency, care and respect for the property. More than that, they were kind, and warm in their dealings with us, which really softened our distress. The fact they try to recycle as much as possible was also reassuring. Overall, the service was startlingly good value, very affordable, alongside the highest professional standards. I cannot recommend them too highly. The team and service was great and Claire herself is just lovely. I know of two other properties they have helped to clear and the feedback has been equally positive.

What is there to say about Clare and her team at House Clearance Bath…… Clare and I had been in communication for a very long time about clearing my late mothers home. We had a number of dates agreed only for me having to cancel them due to an intransigent family member. Clare was most understanding in rescheduling the house clearance and was very flexible and helpful with alternative dates.

Finally the day arrived for the clearance and she and her team turned up at the appointed hour. I’m the first to admit that the house was full of the remnants of a 50+ year family occupation. Anything of value ( sentimental or monetary) had long been removed from the house, nevertheless as Clare observed still a lot of family memories. So notwithanding that everything was to be cleared out of the house, they packed every last item in crates, barrels and boxes. Nothing was carelessly tossed or dropped in to a container, this was very much appreciated. In the short space of 4 hours they completely, and I mean completely removed absolutely everything from the house. Clare even swept up and ensured there was no debris left in any room, and tidied up the garden!

Clearing out a relatives home can be particularly emotional and trying but Clare and her team made the process as painless and efficient as one can hope for in the circumstances. First class customer service with really nice people and at a very fair price. Would I recommend this company…..... YES absolutely.

I returned from Switzerland late on Monday this week to find that CURO had placed some scaffolding posts onto my cellar stairs to be able to access next door's roof for some repairs; I had given permission for this before I left on 16th March, but was led to believe the repairs were minor and would be completed within days. So imagine my dismay when I returned to find the cellar stairs were partly blocked. I thought it might be necessary for your men to return next month to remove that big sideboard, which would obviously have been inconvenient all round, and have caused additional expense for me. However, they immediately said they would manage, not to worry, and carried on in the manner described above. Excellent teamwork - my grateful thanks all round.
